We are planning a private, intimate meet-and-greet event for around 20–30 guests, with a relaxed and stylish atmosphere. The experience will include venue-provided drinks for attendees and a sip-and-paint activity, where guests will be painting on canvases. We would ideally require 5–6 tables to accommodate guests comfortably. We may bring a small amount of external food, depending on venue rules. To protect the venue during the paint session, we will supply table covers and ensure the space is maintained in a clean and respectful condition throughout the event. We are open to either indoor or outdoor spaces. If weather permits, an outdoor venue would be great, but we are equally happy with an indoor venue that offers a bright, attractive setting and good photo opportunities. We are mainly looking for a welcoming, visually pleasing space where guests can enjoy drinks, painting, conversation, and a memorable experience.
